Newcastle United supporters will be in awe over this Allan Saint-Maximin footage to have emerged from Sky Sports.
Saint-Maximin was handed his very own flag display last night in the Gallowgate End as fans looked to show their appreciation towards the winger, who is currently experiencing a poor run of form with zero goals in his last 10 matches.

Saint-Maximin has often been tipped for an exit this summer, with reports claiming that PIF and Eddie Howe may listen to offers for the dazzling winger. However, if he was to leave, they would lose the league’s leading dribbler – something that clearly is a weapon for them to get up the pitch quickly.
Last night, Saint-Maximin showcased the entertaining and dazzling skills he’s capable of as he squared up Cheikhou Kouyate on the touchline before doing a series of stepovers to try and deceive the midfielder, which clearly got the fans off their seats and excited.

The winger is currently enjoying his best season in front of goal since moving to Tyneside and is clearly starting to take up a more important and mature role within the team instead of just being a player that can dribble a lot, as shown by his increase in both shot-creating actions from last season and passes into the final third since he arrived.
It would seemingly make very little sense for Howe and Newcastle to look to part ways with Saint-Maximin just as they have come into a lot of money and look ready to kick on up the table, as the winger has been one of their standout players all season, recently winning the North East Football Writers’ Player of the Year.
