Antonio Conte will be in the ear of Cristian Romero over his terrible discipline record shown at Tottenham Hotspur.
That is according to Alasdair Gold who was speaking on the latest Gold & Guest Talk Tottenham podcast ahead of their Premier League clash on the weekend.

The Argentine defender has racked up a dreadful record this season at Spurs with 10 yellow cards to his name in just 23 appearances (via Transfermarkt).
And eight of those have come in the Premier League meaning two more before the 32nd game of the season will see Romero pick up a two-game ban.
Spurs have four more games before the cut off before the players’ discipline record is cleared by the league and Gold believes Conte will be concerned about potentially seeing Romero banned:
(26:00) “I think Conte will be in his ear about that. To be honest, Spurs can’t really even lose him for two games. They can’t. He’s got to get to that mark. Whether that takes something away from his game or not, we’ll see. But he’s got to curb the yellow cards they’re too frequent.”

Romero has made a really impressive start to life in England having made a number of impressive displays for Spurs despite suffering a major injury setback.
Conte has not held back in using Romero since he has returned from his injury having played in every single game since (via Transfermarkt).
However, this has clearly been an issue for Romero throughout his career, but one which Conte will want to steer the Argentine away from with a spell out of squad a potential consequence.
