Journalist Fabrizio Romano has given his praise towards Southampton forward Armando Broja after he scored in the 95th minute in the FA Cup last night.

Broja has impressed this campaign whilst on loan at Southampton. He has scored six goals in 22 Premier League appearances, with just 14 of those appearances being starts.

This goalscoring form from the Albanian has caught the attention of several Premier League clubs who want to sign him on a permanent deal, including Arsenal and West Ham United.

Romano has been tracking the transfer news of Broja on Twitter and has praised Broja in the comments section of the 20-year-old’s latest Instagram post.

He commented: “Fe no me no,” labelling the youngster a phenomenon.

TIF Thoughts on Armando Broja…

Broja has been in fine form for the Saints this season, and he has been given match ratings of 7.6 and 7.5 in his last two games against West Ham and Norwich City respectively, as per SofaScore.

The 20-year-old is a tricky 6ft 3in powerhouse, who likes to dribble past players and play short passes, WhoScored – as witnessed in his goal against West Ham last night in the FA Cup.

At just 20 and already proving he can score goals in the top flight of English football, there is no doubt that club will be interested in his signature in the summer. But Chelsea might want to think about keeping him on if Romelu Lukaku transfer doesn’t work out as planned.

Lukaku has had injury woes and several issues off the field since returning to Stamford Bridge in the summer, so they may look to cash out on him, and if they can implement Broja into their side, they could use the funds to strengthen other areas of the squad.
