While many may have expected a routine win for Leeds as they welcomed bottom of the table Norwich City to Elland Road, neither the Canaries nor Leeds had won in their previous seven league matches with Leeds’ poor run of form seeing them win once in their last nine league matches before Sunday, so it shouldn’t be underestimated the magnitude of winning that game.
Those three points have now handed Leeds a much-welcomed buffer between themselves and the bottom three with the Whites now four points above the drop which could be massive with just nine games left for Leeds to play, which is evident by the reaction of both Law and Dorigo.
