A collection of Celtic fans have been left rather upset after hearing that Osaze Urhoghide is set to complete a loan move away from the club.
Indeed, as reported in The Scotsman, the young defender is currently in Belgium as he hopes to finalise a loan move to KV Oostende before the January transfer window comes to a close.
The article explains that the chance of getting regular game time and playing in Europe had a ‘big role’ in his decision to leave the Bhoys in the winter, also claiming several clubs had hoped to take Urhoghide on a permanent deal but were not granted that opportunity

Looking at the comments above, it’s clear to see a lot of Celtic supporters do not want Urhoghide to leave, even if it’s just on loan.
However, the young player has been limited to just one senior appearance for the Bhoys this season having been unable to break into the team with any regularity.
Taking that into account, it does seem likely that a loan would be best for his development at this stage of his career in Scotland – bearing in mind he is still only 21 years of age.
