Leeds United fans were left buzzing over the latest transfer update as French midfielder Boubacar Kamara was linked to the Whites, with Marcelo Bielsa looking to strengthen his side before the January transfer window closes.

Sky Sports News claims that Leeds are in the running for his signature. The French youth international has just six months left on his contract, with Marseille looking at losing him for a fee this month before getting nothing in the summer.

With no major new arrivals coming in this month, Bielsa is set to turn his attentions to Kamara, while Serie A outfit Roma and fellow Premier League club Manchester United have also shown their interest.

Kamara has played 24 games this season for Marseille, showing his importance and ability at just 22 years old. He can also play at centre-back, which is always a bonus to have other positions you can play in should an injury crisis hit.

Which comedian supports the Whites?

He has also played on the right-hand side of midfield this season, so he is clearly adaptable – a brilliant quality for a footballer to have, especially when games piling up amid all the postponements we have had this year.
