A large number of Celtic fans have flocked to Twitter to slam the performance of Adam Montgomery in their Scottish Premiership clash on Wednesday night.
Celtic went into the game still four points adrift of the league leaders but facing a number of injury issues with Kyogo Furuhashi and Jota both out for the trip north.

Montgomery started the game for Ange Postecoglou as he made his seventh top-flight appearance of the 2021/22 campaign in which he has been able to provide one assist (via Transfermarkt).
The game was made more difficult than it should have been for the Bhoys who dominated the ball but saw their lead cancelled out in the second half with an equaliser from a Ross County corner.
And it was apparent these fans were not impressed with the young left-back as they vented their anger on Twitter at the 19-year-old who was taken off after 63 minutes.

“Montgomery is not a Celtic player”
The youngster has worked his way through the ranks at Celtic but is yet to work his way into Postecoglou’s league side on a consistent basis.
However, as he made only his second league appearance since October, it was apparent these fans felt Potecoglou had made a poor decision in starting the 5’8″ defender and will be hoping he is not in the XI for Sunday’s final.
