A whole host of Newcastle United fans were furious on Twitter after a fresh claim regarding VAR emerged.
The last few weeks have been a very rough ride to say the least for Newcastle and Eddie Howe, as they have faced three of last season’s top five in consecutive fixtures which has seen them ship 11 goals.
Will Newcastle be relegated?
Yes!
No!
Although they have made some sloppy mistakes against Leicester City and Manchester City in particular, Howe has asked the Premier League for clarity on some decisions after they were denied two penalties in back-to-back games on Ryan Fraser, and also saw one go against them when they played the Foxes.
Now, ESPN has revealed what the league table would look like if VAR was not a thing in the Premier League, and the Magpies would find themselves outside of the bottom three.
A lot of Newcastle fans are very angry on Twitter as this VAR table has emerged.

Newcastle will be hoping that the actual Premier League table looks like this come May as they would not be playing in the Championship and can start planning for their long-term ambitions of winning the Premier League.
