Clearly, Dzeko is a name that would be welcomed with open arms at St James’ Park, a clinical number nine with an impressive record.
This season alone, the Bosnian marksman has 11 goals in 23 Serie A and Champions League games. He’s created four in those appearances too. He’s clearly been key to Inter who are currently at the Serie A summit and in the last 16 of the Champions League.

He has plenty of experience in the Premier League after his spell with Manchester City. He won two league titles with City, scoring 50 Premier League goals in his time there, appearing 132 times. That’s a very impressive record when you think he was playing second fiddle to Sergio Aguero for the majority of his time in Manchester.
