A lot of Newcastle United fans have taken to Twitter to share their frustrations with the latest managerial claim to emerge.
According to journalist Fabio Santini speaking on 7 Gold(via Sport Witness), Gennaro Gattuso is ready to accept a potential approach from the Tyneside club over their vacant managerial post.

“Attention: there is a sensational twist for what concerns Gennaro Gattuso. The coach could land in the Premier League, at Newcastle,” Santini said.
This comes following the departure of Steve Bruce last week following the Tyneside club’s Premier League defeat to Tottenham Hotspur at St. James’ Park.
Toon fans flocked to Twitter to vent their frustrations at the claims being made linking the Italian manager to the vacant role with a number of managers currently being tipped for the job.

Gattuso was previously linked with a potential summer switch to Tottenham earlier in the year, however, it is believed the negative response the idea got from the fans quickly brought an end to any discussions.
Paulo Fonseca is one of the names also being linked with the job, but it seems these fans do not want to see the former AC Milan ace become their new manager.
