A whole host of Tottenham Hotspur fans are furious on Twitter to find out Nuno Espirito Santo is running out of patience with Tanguy Ndombele.

It has been an indifferent campaign for Ndombele this time out as he failed to even make the matchday squad for the opening five matches of the season in all competitions, although he has now started the last five Premier League matches.

Should Spurs sell Alli?

Yes!

Yes!

No!

No!

Spurs’ official Twitter account put together a thread of Ndombele’s best bits against winless Newcastle following their 3-2 victory, but now, according to Football London, Ndombele is reportedly running out of chances to prove he’s good enough to Nuno.

A lot of Spurs fans are very annoyed on Twitter with his Ndombele claim.

What have these Tottenham fans been saying?

“This is a joke right ?”

@DianeGreen_thfc

‘Shows his masterclass when given the oppurtunity to play at his terms, which is a fairly free attacking role, and without defensive assignments. Plays under impossible conditions when the team isnt playing with belief, and thereäs no clear plan in the attack. Nuno Out !”

@EnxxoBaluba

“He’s literally the most gifted and talented player. Support him, give him a starring role and let him shine. Why do we keep ripping the guy down!”

@lewismarais

“Nuno Espírito Santo is not living up to the expectations of anyone”

@AlanWarren77

“How is this an Ndombele problem? Tanguy literally said i can play 6,8 or 10 i just want to play for a team that plays more with the ball than without the ball. If its so tough to understand then he shoudnt even be our manager.”

@ATHARV81993353

“No bloody player is, leave him alone, it’s a collective.”

@John41780414

Ndombele arrived for a monstrous transfer fee totalling £54 million, a club record, but he is still yet to consistently live up to the hype he arrived with as his best season in front of goal was last campaign when he scored three goals and registered two assists.

The fact that Nuno is now reportedly running out of time with Ndombele appears quite ironic to these Spurs fans considering that the manager himself is fighting to save his job and has lost all four London derbies this season.
