Italian football journalist Fabrizio Romano has been speaking on his latest episode of the Here We Go podcast to discuss potential summer transactions in this summer’s window.

According to the transfer insider, Wolverhampton Wanderers are closing in on a new signing in the form of the Hungarian international, Bendeguz Bolla.

The right-back is currently playing for the Hungarian side Ferhervar and is set to be loaned straight back out after his arrival at Molineux to Grasshopper Club Zürich.

Bolla made 27 appearances for Ferhervar in the Hungarian top-flight in which he was able to provide five assists (via Transfermarkt).

Discussing the expected arrival of Bolla to the Midlands, Romano had the following to say on the Hungarian full-back.

(27:50) “And talking about [Bendeguz] Bolla, right-back, Hungarian player. Interesting one, he is joining Wolverhampton. Done deal, agreement reached and he will go on loan to Grasshoppers [Club Zürich]. So done deal.”

TIF Thoughts on Wolves’ summer so far…

Wolves have already been hit with the departure of their first-choice goalkeeper in Rui Patricio after the Portuguese international joined Jose Mourinho’s Roma earlier this week.

Bruno Lage will be boosted by the return of Raul Jimenez who will be available for selection after making his return from his horrific head injury.

However, we still feel Wolves should be looking to add to their squad and if they can do this as soon as possible it will certainly benefit their manager who will be looking to implement his philosophy on the side.
