Many Celtic supporters have been talking about Olivier Ntcham following Ange Postecoglou’s latest comments about the midfielder.

Postecoglou was recently talking about the future of Ntcham and the Australian stated that he had a chat with the Frenchman, who made it clear that he wants him to return and make an impact in the 2021/22 season.

“It was his first game in quite a while. He is lacking a bit of match touch and fitness but he is part of the squad and hopefully he can make an impact this year.”

Postecoglou also took the oppurtunity to praise the effort that Ntcham has been puttin in during training. Postecoglou’s comments came after Ntcham had played for the Bhoys in their recent 2-1 win over Charlton Athletic in a friendly game.

Before he was loaned out to Marseille last season, Ntcham had stopped playing regularly for the Bhoys. Even for the Ligue 1 club, the Frenchman only played a limited number of minutes in all competitions.
