Lots of Celtic fans have been talking about Karamoko Dembele after the club relayed a tweet about the youngster.

The Hoops recently picked up an impressive 4-0 win over St. Johnstone in the Premiership and it was Dembele himself who scored the club’s fourth goal in the game (as per Whoscored).

Dembele has made a total of four Premiership appearances this season and the starlet had even played ten minutes in the club’s draw against Aberdeen too (as per Transfermarkt).

Should Dembele be handed a new contract?

When the youngster scored, the club’s Twitter account posted a tweet about Dembele’s strike, saying that it is the player’s first ever goal for the Bhoys.

This tweet drew the attention of many Celtic fans, who made their views clear about the player.

Celtic fans, can you get 8/8 on this quiz on forgotten players? First up: who is this?

He was linked with a move to Borussia Dortmund over the last few months, suggesting that perhaps, his future is in doubt at Parkhead.

So while the goal is certainly good news for the club, it comes after concerns had developed about his application in training. The goal will probably give him more confidence to improve and become a regular part of the side.
