Loads of Celtic supporters have been talking about Anthony Joseph’s tweet that emerged on social media.
Sky Sports journalist Joseph relayed some contents of a statement that Celtic have issued recently, providing fans some information about their plans for the upcoming campaign and the potential appointment of a new manager.

The club’s statement said that the club is working hard to secure the signing of a new manager and the appointment of the footballing staff. They also ended up acknowledging the frustration of the club’s fans regarding the same.
Joseph’s tweet carried these comments and it caught the attention of many Celtic fans, who were fuming at it.

The statement claimed that the Hoops can’t make regular statements regarding the appointment of a manager, but the club is looking to secure the best possible appointment. The statement also said that the club will update the fans as soon as any appointment is made.
Eddie Howe is said to be the favourite to take over at Parkhead, with the Hoops set to start next season in just over 70 days’ time.
