Lots of Tottenham Hotspur fans have taken to Twitter to voice their thoughts on the latest transfer claim to emerge surrounding Brentford striker, Ivan Toney.
According to Football Insider, Spurs are tracking the Championship striker ahead of this summer’s transfer window with the report believing the north London side to be keen on signing the 25-year-old.

Toney has excelled in the Championship this season and currently is the league’s top scorer with 30 goals in his 44 appearances for the Bees.
The report states Spurs are not the only Premier League side targeting Toney this summer after the striker has impressed in his first season for Brentford following his move from Peterborough last summer.
In response to the claim, relayed to them by @thespursweb, many Spurs fans took to Twitter to provide their thoughts.

There has been speculation surrounding the future of Tottenham’s current striker Harry Kane in recent weeks with some reports suggesting he may look for a summer move if Spurs fail to qualify for the Champions League.
It is pretty clear these Spurs fans would very much welcome Toney to the Lilywhites, however, would this be the best way for Spurs to spend some of their transfer funds if Kane does stay?
