However, reported favourite Erik ten Hag was announced to have extended his stay at Ajax until 2023 with a new deal on Friday.
In light of this news, The Telegraph reported interest from Bayern Munich boss Hansi Flick in the north London vacancy with the German leaving the Bundesliga side at the end of the season.
In response to the claim, Spurs fans flocked to the tweet from The Spurs Web to share their thoughts at being linked with the manager set to get his hands on the Bundesliga trophy this season.

“I’d love this but it won’t happen”
“FLICK BALL AT THE LANE OMG”
“I’m on my knees please. If Levy gets him I will forgive him for every sin”
