Leeds United fans have been reacting to comments made by Jack Harrison about his future at the club.
Harrison is currently in the middle of his third loan spell at Elland Road, and has become an integral part of Marcelo Bielsa’s side in that time, contributing 15 goals and 16 assists – including their first goal back in the Premier League with a well-taken effort at Anfield.
With all these loans though, talk has turned to whether or not the deal will be made permanent. Speaking on the Futbol with Grant Wahl podcast (quoted by Leeds Live), Harrison mentioned that “something is already in place” in regards to his future, with the club reportedly holding a £10m option to buy him at the end of the season.
Supporters on the Leeds United Live Facebook page saw this as incredibly good news, as they couldn’t contain their excitement at the idea he would be coming back, only on a permanent deal this time:
Is Harrison an underrated player?
Given the money that is thrown around during transfer windows, if he can keep up these levels of production as he moves forward, then £10m will absolutely go down as some incredibly shrewd business, all things considered.
