Celtic made it four consecutive league wins in the Scottish Premiership, as they ran out comfortable 3-0 winners over Dundee United on Wednesday evening.

The Bhoys took the lead through Ismalia Soro after 23 minutes, before David Turnbull gave them breathing space heading into the break, as he scored his fifth goal of the season.

Odsonne Edouard wrapped up the three points with a chipped finish on 76 minutes, as Celtic kept some pressure on Rangers heading into their match at Ibrox on 2nd January.

One player that featured for Neil Lennon’s side for the full 90 minutes was Ryan Christie, although the midfielder struggled to make a notable impact in the win over Dundee United, as he lost possession of the ball nine times during the match.

Christie, who is valued at £5.85 million (as per Transfermarkt), has made 27 appearances for the Bhoys this season, and has scored four goals and been on hand to provide 11 assists so far this term.

Plenty of Celtic supporters took to social media to voice their frustrations over Christie’s performance, with many saying that he shouldn’t start against Rangers in their next match.
