Brown has been a regular for Celtic this season and he has made 18 appearances in all competitions for the Bhoys. In the Premiership, the Scotsman has played 11 games while picking up five yellow cards (as per Transfermarkt).

Against Sparta Prague on Thursday, Brown picked up a rating of 6.12. Some other Celtic fans were also fuming at his performance in the game.

Despite picking up a rating of 6.12 in the game, Brown was Celtic’s sixth-best performer on Thursday. He made just one tackle and made only one interception too. He didn’t make a single offensive contribution on the pitch.

So it was clearly a rather average performance from the veteran midfielder and it is understandable why Celtic fans aren’t happy with what they saw from him.
