Many Leeds United fans have flocked to the latest tweet that the club’s official account recently relayed on social media.
A post from the club’s official Twitter account confirmed that EA Sports is now Leeds United’s official partner and the Whites have signed a new partnership with the company. The tweet also carried a link to an article on the club’s website which provided more details about the agreement.
The tweet caught the attention of many Leeds fans and they made their opinions clear about this partnership.
Now if Elland Road was in the new one I’d be tempted to get this*…unless they’re doing a special one for us
*I’d have to get a console to play it on but hey it’s worth it ?

Do you think FIFA 21 will feature Elland Road?
Yes
No
I’m not buying it until Elland Road and the entire team has official created designs, half our team just look generic

The article on the club’s website about this partnership states that Leeds and EA Sports will now be working together to ‘create fan forward content that sees the worlds of real and digital football merge’. This deal will allow Leeds United to engage with fans and attract newer audiences from around the world.
The general feeling from Leeds United was that they want Elland Road to feature in FIFA 21, now that a deal has been struck between the game’s creators and the club.
They can have my money when we can have Elland Road and not a moment before

So it is very clear from the comments of these Leeds fans that they want Elland Road to feature in the game or else, they wouldn’t care about the new partnership.
It has been reported that while FIFA 21 doesn’t feature Elland Road, it is still ‘expected’ to be in it at some point. So it is understandable why the club’s fans are still hoping for their club’s stadium to feature in the game – especially since they are now back in the first tier of English football.
So hopefully, this partnership leads to Leeds fans getting what they want from the latest version of the game and it makes them happy.
