During the 2019/20 Championship season, Gelhardt made 18 senior appearances for Wigan in the league in which he scored one goal and provided no assists (per WhoScored).

With only two of the 18 appearances coming as starts, the English attacker earned a weak 6.21/10 average rating and was Wigan’s fourth-worst performer, according to WhoScored.

As can be seen in these responses from Leeds supporters, they clearly rate the young attacker highly.
