Supporters of Leeds United have been reacting to a transfer report which has stated that the Whites are ‘negotiating’ with Valencia for Rodrigo Moreno.
At the weekend, the Daily Mail suggested that Rodrigo was keen on an Elland Road move – and an update on the transfer talk has emerged in Spain.
According to a report published by Sport on Monday, as cited by Sport Witness, Valencia need to bring money in via transfer fees as they are in ‘something of a financial crisis’.
Supposedly, that is why Rodrigo to Elland Road has ‘a realistic chance’ of happening.
Sport’s report also stated that the transfer fee could be somewhere in the region of €25-30m (£22.6-27.1m).
This report was relayed to Leeds supporters on social media by James Marshment and it had lots of fans talking.
Monday's edition of Spanish paper Sport has gone big on Leeds and Valencia now being in 'firm talks' over a deal for Rodrigo Moreno with the price likely to be between €25m – €30m.

Generally speaking, not really. Unless it’s one of the big name journalists signing their name to it but I don’t think that’s the case – just general paper talk I’d imagine.

It is also stated in the report that Spanish giants Atletico Madrid are interested in signing the £36m-rated forward.
Would you be happy if Leeds signed Rodrigo from Valencia for £25m?
No, he's not worth it
Yes, he's a good player
how likely Leeds to spend 30 mill on a 29 year old. dont think that’s Radz style no re sale value at all for the investment

During the 2019/20 season, the 29-year-old striker bagged four goals and seven assists in 27 La Liga appearances (per WhoScored).
Rodrigo also earned himself a respectable 6.76/10 average rating which made him the third-best performer for Valencia in the league.
