The Express and Star journalist Nathan Judah has stated that other clubs will be eyeing up transfer moves for Wolverhampton Wanderers’ star players.

Nuno Espirito Santo’s outfit has had another impressive season in the Premier League this term as they finished seventh in England’s top flight for the second season in a row (per Transfermarkt).

Over the duration of the season, Raul Jimenez and Adama Traore have been the Old Gold’s star performers having delivered impressive average ratings (per WhoScored).

However, in the latest episode of the E&S Wolves Podcast, Judah aired his belief that clubs will be eyeing moves for Wolves’ star names.

To kick-off this quiz on Nuno Espirito Santo on the hard side, which club was his first game on the touchline at Molineux against?

He said: “They don’t need to sell, but if they get crazy money, then they will sell, and I think you have to do that – especially in the environment and the financial implications that are in place. You’ve got to sell if you’re getting stupid money from clubs.

“I think people will be in for them. I think people have been in for players in January; I think people will be in for the better players in the summer.

“That’s the nature of the beast, and when you’re one of the top clubs – not only in the Premier League but in Europe, because Wolves are one of the top clubs in Europe, make no mistake about that – that players and clubs will be eyeing them, for sure.”

TIF Thoughts…

Seemingly, it is Judah’s belief that clubs made offers for Wolves’ best players earlier this season and they will be doing so again in the summer.

Will Wolves sell any of their star players this summer?

No, that won't happen

Yes, I think they will

Yes, I think they will

With Jimenez and Traore both having been linked with big-name clubs in recent months, perhaps it does not stretch the imagination much to believe there will be offers for Wolves’ star performers this summer.
