Spurs fans on Twitter have flocked to a post from midfielder Giovani Lo Celso following the 2-1 win over Arsenal on Sunday.
The Argentinian international posted on Twitter saying: “North London Derby is white. Come on you Spurs!”
This has subsequently attracted the attention of a lot of Lilywhites supporters on social media, many of whom were quick to praise the 24-year-old for his performance.
Although Spurs picked up the three points against their north London rivals, the former PSG man was arguably one of their more average performers on Sunday, picking up a 6.74/10 rating for his performance, as per WhoScored. Despite having failed to contribute a goal or an assist in the Premier League so far this season, it still seems as if the midfielder has won over the Lilywhites supporters with his displays, based on their affectionate replies to his Twitter post.
