2018/19 season quiz: How many points did Jurgen Klopp's side accumulate in the Premier League?

On the topic of Robertson and how his season has gone so far, Henderson shared his views on the defender.

He said: “Robbo has had another unbelievable season. Great lad to have in the dressing room. He gets all the lads going and he’s the one that has the banter and [is] always taking the mick out of people so he’s a really good character to have around, but on the football pitch everybody loves him. I think he’s just getting better every single season.”

Robertson signed to Liverpool back in the 2017 summer transfer window for a fee of £8.1 million from Hull City.

Since then, the 26-year-old, who is currently valued at £57.6 million according to Transfermarkt, has gone on to make 126 appearances for the Reds in which he has managed to score four goals and provide 29 assists along the way.

Robertson’s latest performance for Liverpool in their 5-3 win over Chelsea in midweek earned him a match rating of 7.98/10, making him Liverpool’s second-highest rated player on the day (per WhoScored).

Not only does Henderson have a lot of praise for Robertson and what he does for the team on the pitch, but he also recognises that the full-back is a good character for Liverpool off the pitch too, which is great to hear.
