Some Celtic fans have been talking about the latest update involving Parkhead and the stadium’s atmosphere.
Recently, France Football released a list of football stadiums with the best atmosphere. The list had a total of 30 teams and it was released on the digital version of the outlet. The Scottish Sun then relayed the results of this and revealed that Celtic’s Parkhead has finished fifth in the list, with Hampden Park not even on the list.
The Scottish Sun also relayed this update on Twitter, where it caught the attention of many Celtic fans as they hailed the update.

Should Parkhead be in the top three of this list?
Of course
Fifth is fine

Some Celtic fans though, felt that Liverpool’s Anfield – which finished second – shouldn’t be as high, as one fan claimed that Parkhead should be in the top two of the list.
Anfield is clearly living off past glories when the Kop was a standing area.

I think Celtic should be in the TOP 2 at least

Liverpool at No 2. No chance.

Boca Juniors’ La Bombonera finished top of the rankings. Borussia Dortmund’s Signal Iduna Park finished at third, with Parkhead fifth and Athletic Bilbao’s San Mames ninth. Newcastle United’s St. James’ Park was also on the list and finished 22nd. While there is no mention of Hampden Park, there is no mention of Rangers’ Ibrox, either (via Scottish Sun).
France Football don’t really provide any criteria on how the list has been compiled, even though they do state that some clubs have been excluded and do mention the reasons for that as well. But this is something that Celtic fans should be proud of and boast about.
