Some Rangers fans have been responding positively to a tweet sharing the news that Alfredo Morelos and his wife Yesenia have welcomed the birth of a baby girl.
As per Scottish publication ‘The Herald’, the Rangers forward and his wife “announced that they were expecting a ‘princess’ in February of this year” and this article from The Herald goes on to explain the Colombian footballer’s charity ‘The Alfredo Morelos Foundation’ recently shared the news that the child has been born.
The Alfredo Morelos Foundation posted a tweet on 13 May announcing that the couple have welcomed the birth of their daughter.

It may be fair to say that life has been difficult for many people due to the current viral outbreak and the postponement of professional football in Scotland may not have made things any easier for Scottish football fans, of late.
However, this news regarding Morelos is good news and it may be understandable why this positive news may be especially uplifting for some Rangers fans in the current climate.
