Rangers-focused Twitter account @WATP_com recently shared some footage of John Fleck discussing a possible return to the club via a tweet which has caught the attention of some Gers supporters.
This footage, which had previously been shared by @footballdaily on Twitter, shares comments that the Scottish international recently made in an interview with his fellow ex-Rangers player and current Sky Sports pundit Kris Boyd. When Boyd asks Fleck if he would consider returning to Rangers in the future if the opportunity presented itself, Fleck declares that while he is “happy at Sheffield United”, he would “love” to have the chance to return to Rangers.
Fleck’s comments have drawn a positive reaction from some of the Rangers fans, who have been responding to @WATP_com’s post. Read the reactions of some Gers fans to Fleck’s recent comments in the tweets below.

What do we think?
As stated by Sky Sports, Fleck was just 16 years old when he made his senior debut for Rangers. As per Transfermarkt, the midfielder made 55 appearances for the club in all competitions, which were spread over a period of five separate seasons.
This averages out to just 11 appearances per season, indicating that he may have struggled to cement a place in Rangers’ first-team during his previous stint at the club.
The 28-year-old states in his recent interview with Boyd that he feels that he made the correct decision by “going away and trying to build up [his] career again from scratch”.
Considering that WhoScored.com rank Fleck as the second-highest rated player for Sheffield United in the Premier League this season, it might be fair to say that Fleck has improved as a player since his days at Rangers, and it may be understandable why these Gers fans have reacted positively to the midfielder’s recent comments about returning to the club one day as a result.
