Fans of Rangers have been reacting to a post on Twitter, which relays news regarding the club’s new deal with kit manufacturer Castore.
The statement, which was posted on the official Rangers Twitter account, stated that the club were “delighted to announce Castore, the fastest growing premium British sportswear brand, as its official kit and retail partner from the 2020-21 football season”.
In reaction to the announcement, fans of the club flocked to have their say on the matter, with many claiming that they were already aware of the deal with Castore, while others questioned why the club had instructed them to wake up so early for the news.

What do we think?
Rangers’ deal with Castore would appear to be a positive step for the club, after facing legal battles against their former kit manufacturer Hummel, as well as receiving a sizeable £20 million figure for the five-year deal.
However, as many fans have pointed out, Sportcal reported on the deal back at the beginning of May, leaving many of the fanbase confused as to why the club requested that they wake up so early on a Sunday morning to hear news that they were already aware of.
