Fans of Charlton have been reacting to a post on Twitter, which relays a Q&A session involving club director Marian Mihail.
In this Q&A session, which was posted on the Charlton website, Mihail answered questions on topics such as when the owners will invest funds into the club, what needs to happen for the issues on the ESI Board to be resolved and whether or not fans will receive a reimbursement for unplayed 2019/20 games, of which tickets have been paid for in advance.
He also stated that Matt Southall is demanding an amount “totalling more than £2 million” from the club.
After the official Charlton Twitter account relayed the Q&A session, fans of the club flocked to have their say on the matter, with many questioning why Southall is demanding money from the club, while others have claimed that the answers given by Mihail are pathetic.

Appreciate the more assertive tone from CAST. But those answers were pathetic
They won’t pay refunds because there’s no money, money won’t go in as he doesn’t have any!
Sing it loud Southall is crook & Nimer is a fraud allez, allez allez!

What’s the £2 million for @MattSouthall84

Southall and nimer are poison

The club has no money & Nimer keeps using Southall’s presence as an excuse not to invest. It’s plainly obvious now that he doesn’t have the money & Southall just wants to get all he can out of the club. The future is looking very bleak #cafc

What do we think?
While it would appear that Charlton are making efforts to keep fans in the loop with developments at the club, it would seem from the reaction of the fans that they do not trust the answers that Mihail and the club are providing.
And considering all of Charlton’s problems over recent months, we can’t say that we blame them.
