So far this season, the 24-year-old midfielder has disappointed in his performances in the Premier League, having averaged a 6.52 rating across his 23 appearances in the top flight (per WhoScored).

A think if he wasn’t a spurs boy he’d be off, he keeps ball ticking but his long passing ain’t great, very rash dives in commits fouls in stupid area

Hasnt lived up to the hype! Too many square or back passes to be effective, hasnt got the vision to see the pass that will split the defence and put a player through on goal!

Rubbish, ineffective all the time, can’t head it, tackle, no strength, gets bypassed all the time, vision not good, actuall passing ability not great, one of the main contributors to our sorry decline, get rid!!!

He’s never been good enough

He brings nothing to the team, time to move him on. Slow, to small, get beat in the air on long balls, only passes sideways, can’t shot. We will never win anything with Winks in CM

Not good enough.
A very passionate player, loves spurs to the core but he’s just not exceptional… bang average player.— pethidine (@kylehotspurs) May 7, 2020
These Spurs supporters clearly aren’t the biggest fans of Winks and feel he should be sold by the club.
What do we think?
Winks is now 24 so arguably no longer falls under the ‘one for the future’ category at Spurs, and if his underwhelming performances this season are anything to go by, the £28.8 million-rated man may not be a first-team player at the club for much longer.
