Some Charlton Athletic fans have flocked to a tweet that was recently posted by the club’s official Twitter account which features footage of Johnnie Jackson singing a Green Day-inspired song.
Charlton Athletic’s assistant manager had been set to take part in the London Marathon with the goal of raising money for the ‘Children With Cancer UK’ charity.
However, after the marathon was cancelled due to the current viral outbreak, Jackson has since been attempting to raise money for this charity in a different way. The Charlton coach has been sharing footage of himself singing some songs via the Addicks’ official Twitter account of late, releasing new songs upon hitting certain targets for charity donations, as this post from Charlton’s official website explains.
Jackson recently released his latest song after he raised £5,280. Some Charlton fans have been enjoying the coach’s latest song, with one Addicks supporter declaring that this latest track is Jackson’s “best one yet”.
