What do we think?
As per The Guardian, Powell made over 250 appearances for Charlton Athletic over three separate spells with the club, playing “a key role” for the Addicks in their Premier League years before he ultimately went on to rejoin the club after his playing career reached its conclusion when he became Charlton’s manager.
With that in mind, it may not be too surprising that these Charlton fans appear to think of Powell as a club legend.
