Some Celtic fans have been talking about the latest Ligue 1 update that emerged which revealed that the title is set to be handed to Paris Saint-Germain.
The Daily Record tweeted about reports that PSG are set to be handed the French first division title and shared an article on the matter.
A tweet suggesting that Ligue 1 has set Celtic a title precedent led to many Hoops fans raving. They feel that the Bhoys will be handed the Premiership title, too. Some even jokingly hailed Peter Lawwell.

The Ligue 1 update came after PSG were 12 points clear at the top of the table. Marseille were in second with 56 points in the bag and have played one game more than the league leaders (via WhoScored).
What do we think?
This is certainly good news for Celtic and the club’s fans, considering the Hoops are 13 points clear at the top of the table over Rangers. This shows that Neil Lennon’s men have been a superior force in the Premiership and if the league does get cancelled in the same manner as the French top flight, the Hoops may well be in line for yet another championship.
