Some Celtic fans have been talking about the latest tweet that Moussa Dembele recently relayed.
Dembele recently quote-tweeted a tweet from Chris Sutton, who had hailed Dembele as an ‘outstanding’ player for the Hoops. Dembele shared this, appreciating what Sutton had to say and he said that Celtic will always be a ‘special’ club for him.
Many Celtic fans flocked to this tweet. Like Sutton, they also had high praise for the Frenchman. Others said that they want him back.

This tweet from Dembele, who is valued at £36 million (as per Transfermarkt), came after he had been talking to Sutton on a BT Sport show on Saturday. The video that BT Sport had released on Twitter saw Sutton ask Dembele if he likes to ‘wind up’ Rangers fans on social media. The striker replied that he loves to do just that.
Sutton also tweeted out a snippet from this. In that, Dembele hailed Celtic as the ‘greatest club in the world’.
What do we think?
Celtic fans clearly seem to have a lot of affection for Dembele. Considering how he hailed the club in the interview and how he scored 51 goals and got 18 assists in 94 appearances for Celtic, they have every reason to be pleased about him.
