Some Celtic fans have been raving at the latest news about the Premiership title that emerged on Twitter.
The Daily Record recently published an article, talking about as to when the Hoops can be handed the Premiership title. The article said that it is ‘likely’ that the 2019/20 Premiership season will be called before UEFA’s deadline of 25th May approaches.
The Daily Record put out a tweet about this and it carried an image of Neil Lennon holding a trophy.
Many Celtic fans flocked to this tweet. They were raving about the update.

The article from the Daily Record claims that the decision on how the Premiership season will end is ‘looming large’ now. They say that while Hearts are ‘on the brink’ of enduring relegation, Neil Lennon’s Hoops are ‘poised’ to win a ninth Premiership title in a row too. The article also described this season as the most ‘tumultuous season in memory’ for the authorities to deal with.
What do we think?
The same article claims that the Premiership clubs are already focusing on the next season and that there will be no return of football behind closed doors this season.
This goes to show that the chances of the Hoops being handed the title this season are high. Since this will help the club come closer to potentially winning a historic 10th title in a row next season, they are bound to be jolly.
