Spurs fans on Twitter have been discussing the latest transfer rumour linking them with a move for Real Sociedad ace Diego Llorente.
According to Spanish news outlet Diario AS (via Ricky Sacks), Spurs have shown an interest in the 26-year-old. So far this season, the Spanish defender has averaged a disappointing 6.58 rating for his performances in La Liga (per WhoScored).
However, the former Real Madrid man has helped Sociedad to fourth spot in the Spanish top flight and the report from AS suggests that he is keen to finish the season and secure a Champions League spot. However, it also suggests that the likes of Liverpool, West Ham, and Fulham have all scouted him, so Spurs could face competition for his signature this summer.
