A lot of Newcastle United fans have replied to a tweet from their club that contains a video of Steve Bruce talking about the return to training – as the Premier League looks to restart the season.
Bruce talks about all of the measures that will be in place that should allow for safe training to resume, but many Toon fans don’t care about that and are more concerned with criticising Bruce or the training ground.
Do you care about this update from Bruce?

?? "It's been a difficult time, but I hope with the news that phase one is about to start – and I must stress that phase one looks as if it's as safe as it can be – I'm sure everyone will be delighted that we're trying to make that effort."

That training ground looks like my old Primary School.
It’s an embarrassment.
Worst in Premier League.
Hurry up and sell up.

What do we think?
The video put on by the Toon shows overhead shots of Newcastle’s training ground, and it does look a bit worn out – so it is no surprise to see some Toon fans slating it.
There are rumours that if the proposed takeover goes through, the new owners intend to redevelop the training ground though there are no definitive plans in place.
However, Paul Smith thinks that the prospective new owners do have plans in place.
Either way, though, what is clear is that many Toon fans want their training ground to be redeveloped and Bruce to be sacked – should Amanda Staveley’s Saudi-backed takeover receive Premier League approval.
