Liverpool fans on Twitter have been responding to the latest social media post from RB Leipzig striker Timo Werner.
This comes after the 24-year-old shared a post on his official Twitter page saying that he is “very happy” about the hat-trick he scored against Mainz at the weekend in Leipzig’s 5-0 win in the Bundesliga.
Werner’s post also contained an image of himself during the victory.

Interestingly, it has been claimed that the Reds may complete the signing of the German in the next few months.

What do we think?
It seems that a lot of these Liverpool fans have been using this opportunity to try and persuade Werner to make the move to Merseyside this summer. Given Werner’s impressive goalscoring record this season, it’s understandable why they would want to see Werner move to Anfield in the summer.
