Many Liverpool fans have been responding to their goalkeeper Adrian’s comments regarding their defeat to Atletico Madrid in the UEFA Champions League back in March. The Spanish goalkeeper, speaking to DAZN (via Goal.com), praised Jan Oblak and was adamant the Slovenian stopper was the man of the match.

It’s clear from the above responses, Adrian’s comments haven’t gone down well with the Anfield faithful. The goalkeeper signed for the club on a free transfer last summer from West Ham United and has since made 18 appearances for the Reds.
Jurgen Klopp’s side were knocked out of the competition in the last 16 despite having 71% possession and 34 attempts at goal on the night of the second leg (as per BBC Sport).
