A group of Liverpool supporters have been discussing a recent post by @TheRedmenTV on Twitter. The footage is of the former Sky Sports pundit Andy Gray alongside Liverpool legend John Barnes and their reactions to the Reds’ late winner versus Newcastle United last season while on punditry duties for BeIN SPORTS.
Gray, who played for the Merseyside club’s local rivals Everton, didn’t react – whereas John Barnes burst into celebration when his former employers scored through Divock Origi.
Here is a sample of how some of the Anfield faithful reacted to the post.

What do we think?
It’s clear these Liverpool fans found the former Everton man’s reaction amusing. Liverpool beat Newcastle United at St. James’ Park in May last year and Jurgen Klopp’s side left it until four minutes from time to seal all three points. The Reds missed out on the title last season by just a solitary point, but are poised to go one better this season if and when the Premier League resumes.
