The article claims that Dundee managing director Nelms “had originally been expected to reject the resolution and could have scuppered it completely until a dramatic late change of mind on Friday afternoon”. As the table stands now, Rangers sit 13 points behind Celtic in the table with Steven Gerrard’s team having a game in hand (per BBC Sport).
