Leeds United defender Luke Ayling has watched his goal versus Huddersfield town every day since he scored it. During an interview with Sky Sports, the 28-year-old spoke of the wonder-strike that gave the Whites the lead during the Yorkshire derby which took place last month.
The former Bristol City player admitted that in the first week, he watched the replay 30 times a day on repeat before adding he would probably never score a goal like that ever again (via Sky Sports).
Here is how some of the fans have reacted to those Ayling comments on Twitter.
Lovely. Just lovely

Priveledged to be there for it and if that’s how the season ends couldn’t be a more fitting game

Was that Leeds United's goal of the season?
Yes
No
Love this, but absolutely got a screamer in him. It’s 2 this season so far. Would it be greedy to hope he gets a hat-trick of screamers.

What do we think?
Based on the above replies, it’s a goal that will live long in the memories of these Leeds United supporters. Ayling has netted four times for the Whites in the Championship this season and his average performance rating in the competition currently stands at 7.31/10 according to WhoScored.com.
That makes him Marcelo Bielsa’s most consistent performer this season ahead of Kalvin Phillips who has an average rating of 7.2/10.
