What do we think?
The current Addicks assistant manager retired from professional football as a Charlton player in July 2018, having accumulated a total of 277 appearances for the Addicks during his career, scoring a total of 55 goals for the club according to Transfermarkt.co.uk.
After originally joining the club on a month-long loan deal in February 2010, Jackson moved to The Valley on a permanent basis in July 2010. He subsequently spent eight years at the club before retiring in July 2018.
Considering that Jackson spent eight years at the club, making more appearances for Charlton than he made for any other side during his career, it may be understandable why some Charlton fans might hold a positive view on Jackson’s time at The Valley as a player.
