Some Celtic fans have been raving at the latest image that former player Tony Watt responded to on Twitter.
Watt replied to an image from a Twitter thread on Celtic’s 2012 Champions League victory over Barcelona. The photo Watt posted had him walking out of the tunnel in the club’s game against Barcelona back in.
The ex-Hoops striker had previously shared an image from the same game earlier this week, and his latest throwback to that memorable tie gave Celtic fans the opportunity to hail their former attacker.
Amazing image. Get that on yer mantelpiece. ?

Watt was at Celtic between 2011 and 2014 before joining Standard Liege following a season-long loan at fellow Belgian outfit Lierse SK. During his time at Parkhead, Watt made 34 appearances in all competitions for the Hoops and scored eight goals. He also had a tally of five assists to his name.
What do we think?
Watt’s late goal in the game saw Celtic take a huge step towards eventually escaping a Champions League group with Barcelona and Benfica, playing a vital role in the 2-1 win despite Lionel Messi scoring too.
It is surely one of the most iconic moments in Watt’s career, considering he has scored just the one Champions League goal. Judging by the photo, he remembers as fondly as these Celtic fans do.
