Aston Villa fans have taken to Twitter to discuss Marvelous Nakamba’s first season at Villa Park.
This comes after Villa news Twitter account @AVFC_News shared a post on their official account that contained an article from the Birmingham Mail on recent transfer news linking Nakamba with Turkish side Trabzonspor (as per Fotomac).
The page then captioned the post asking their followers if the midfielder has “done enough” during his first season at the club so far.
This post then gathered a lot of replies from Villa fans who were keen to share their thoughts on Nakamba.
Here’s a sample of Villa fans responding to the post:

Needs to improve his distribution massively

No. Off he goes. Along with Trez, Wesley and Luiz. Take El Ghazi as well if you like. NOT PL QUALITY! It’s 2015/16 all over again… 🙁

No, wants an age on the ball.

Should Villa sell or keep Marvelous Nakamba?
Sell him
Keep him
The 26-year-old, who is currently valued at £9 million according to Transfermarkt, signed for the Birmingham club back in the previous summer transfer window from Belgian side Club Brugge for a fee of £10.8 million (per Transfermarkt).
The midfielder has yet to register a goal or assist for Dean Smith’s side despite making 26 appearances for the club across all competitions (per Transfermarkt).
Now that Nakamba has been linked with a move away from Villa, this has created an opportunity for these Villans to assess the midfielder’s time in a Villa shirt so far.
Let him go

Not good enough! Wins the ball yes, but his distribution is terrible, also he does get caught with the game passing him by.

What do we think?
It seems quite harsh to judge Nakamba and think he should leave when his first season in England hasn’t even come to a complete end yet.
