On seeing this video, many Celtic fans were raving about McNeill. Many of them hailed his contributions to the club as player and manager.

As a player, McNeill was at Parkhead for 18 years and he had retired after his spell at the club. He had joined in 1957/58 and retired from playing in 1974/75 (via Transfermarkt).
As a manager, McNeill had two stints as the Hoops boss. Apart from Celtic, he had also managed Manchester City, Aston Villa and Hibernian (via Transfermarkt).
What do we think?
The video seems like a rather fitting tribute to what McNeill did for the Hoops. As a player, he was part of the team that won the European Cup in 1967.
As a manager, McNeill helped Celtic win the Premiership title four times and the Scottish Cup on three occasions (via Transfermarkt).
This shows how much prominence he carries for fans. And judging by their comments, they will always remember him fondly.
