Supporters of Wolverhampton Wanderers have been reacting to quotes from Adama Traore’s agent on the Spaniard’s future.
In an interview with Spanish publication EFE (via Metro), Traore’s agent, Rodri Baster, stated that he is hoping that the current viral outbreak “won’t affect him [Traore] in the summer” as “there would have been a market for him” (via Talking Wolves). This left many Wolves fans talking.

"Adama was having a good season, with his age, conditions & the fact he's a very appealing player, there would have been a market for him"

Tell this Rodri bloke the best thing for Adama is to stay at the mighty Wolves, he won’t be loved like this anywhere else

If a £50-million bid arrived for Adama Traore in the summer, would you want it accepted?Yes, would be a good feeNo, he's worth more to us |
This season, Traore has been the best-performing player for the Old Gold in the Premier League with a stellar 7.61/10 average rating (per WhoScored).
To earn the rating, the 24-year-old has bagged four goals and seven assists over 28 appearances (per WhoScored).
If at 80m selling adama means we have funds to balance summer spending id sell. Especially if it means keeping hold of jota jimenez and neves!
In podence and neto think we would have enough to adama out wide! Id be looking for CB RB CM and ST in summer! #wwfc

I’d let him go I love him but I’d take 100mill and invest I think Neto more than capable of stepping in full of skill younger and better end product I believe podence will be a cracker as well

Wolves are already ahead of the game on this. That’s one of the reasons they brought in Podence in January. Take big money & re-invest

What do we think?
As can be seen in the responses from Wolves supporters, there is a mixture of reactions. Some are worried by the agent’s talk, others think staying at Wolves would be best for Traore and the rest believe the club should cash in.
However, despite having three years left on his contract and having a current market value of £22.95 million (per Transfermarkt) may suggest that the Old Gold would not receive the £100-million fee that a couple of fans touted.
