Spurs fans have been reacting to the reports that Jose Mourinho has no intention of selling Tanguy Ndombele to Barcelona this summer.
According to Spanish outlet Sport, as per Sport Witness (via Ricky Sacks), the Portuguese manager would make things very difficult for the Catalan club if they were to try and sign the 23-year-old this summer. It was reported by the Daily Mirror that the 57-year-old boss is concerned he could lose the Frenchman, who joined the Lilywhites in a club-record deal last summer.
Mourinho has seemingly been working hard on improving the former Lyon man’s fitness issues during the current Premier League suspension, with L’Equipe (as per GFFN) suggesting that the former Chelsea manager arranged an impromptu running session with the midfielder last week.
Will you be happy if Ndombele stays?

I’ll say give him another and if nothing changes then let him go but he needs to work much better of the ball like he does when having the ball

These Spurs fans are clearly happy with the latest development on Ndombele and are hoping to see him come good for the north London club.
What do we think?
Hopefully, by the time the season resumes, Ndombele will be a lot more fit and will start to produce more regularly in the Premier League, with the midfielder having averaged a disappointing 6.76 rating in the top flight so far this season.
